LCEF is managed by the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, Inc. (GBRIA) and is supported by its members and partner organizations. LCEF partners with many other organizations including those who have representatives serving on the Board and others such as the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and more.
